According to Tianyancha's business information, recently, Shanghai Future Not Far Robot Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with new shareholders including Beijing Quantum Leap Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Douyin, and Nice Zhejiang Investment Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, the registered capital increased from approximately 6.28 million RMB to about 7.69 million RMB. The company was established in September 2022, with Chen Yiquan as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the research and development of intelligent robots, development of basic software for artificial intelligence, and manufacturing of industrial robots.
