The US ITC has issued a final ruling on Section 337 regarding cartridges and their components II.

On August 13, the United States International Trade Commission announced its final determination in a partial 337 ruling regarding certain ink cartridges and their components II: infringement has occurred, and a general exclusion order has been issued for the products involved under claims 1 and 7 of U.S. Patent Nos. 8,764,172, 9,370,934, 11,535,038, 12,240,248, and 12,240,249. An order prohibiting the listed defendant, Mountain Peak, Inc. d/b/a Billiontree Technology USA, Inc. d/b/a Toner Kingdom of China, has also been issued, and the investigation in this case is terminated.
