According to statistics from Qingdao Customs, in the first seven months of this year, Qingdao's total import and export value reached 554.87 billion yuan, accounting for 26.1% of the province's total import and export value; this represents a year-on-year increase of 6.4%, which is 2.1 percentage points higher than the provincial average. Among these, exports amounted to 337.71 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 8.3%; imports totaled 217.16 billion yuan, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 3.5%. In July alone, Qingdao's imports and exports totaled 87.75 billion yuan, an increase of 10.5% year-on-year. Of this, exports were 56.01 billion yuan, showing a year-on-year growth of 16.3%; imports were 31.74 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 1.5%.
