According to the Henan Province Flood Control and Drought Relief Command, due to the impact of continuous heavy rainfall in recent days, the water level of the Qingxie River has been consistently high. On August 13, a breach occurred in the section of the river at Cangtou Village, Yanling County. After the situation arose, Yanling County promptly activated its emergency response, organizing specialized teams to ensure the effective transfer of personnel and risk mitigation. Currently, there have been no casualties reported.
