Sales of Chinese electric trucks soar in South Asia and Southeast Asia.

As the Iran war drives up fuel costs and accelerates the regional electrification process, China's electric truck exports to other Asian countries have surged significantly. Within four months after the war was launched by the United States and Israel on February 28, exports of Chinese heavy electric trucks increased by over 100% compared to the same period last year, reaching 16,823 units. Half of these were sold to South Asia and Southeast Asia, with exports to South Asia increasing to more than five times the original figures and to Southeast Asia growing to nearly three times the original amounts.
