Due to the heavy rainfall, at 6 a.m. today, the water level of Qingshan Reservoir in Hangzhou rose to 30.44 meters, and the water level at the Pingyao hydrological station on Dongtiao Creek rose to 6.76 meters. According to the "Zhejiang Province Water Resources Department Emergency Plan for Flood and Drought Disaster Prevention," the Provincial Water Resources Department raised the emergency response for flood and drought disaster prevention to Level II at 6:30 a.m. today. Currently, rivers such as Tiao Creek are operating at high water levels, and relevant regional water conservancy departments must remain highly vigilant, closely monitor water conditions and engineering situations, scientifically schedule water conservancy projects, strengthen safety management, and prepare for flood and drought disaster prevention work.
