U.S. stocks closed: Major indexes all finished higher.

The Dow rose 0.13%, the S&P 500 index increased by 0.65%, and the Nasdaq climbed 0.82%. Workday surged 17.78%, SanDisk jumped 13.67%, GoDaddy rose 9.41%, Costa gained 8.36%, and The Trade Desk went up by 7.93%. As for the "Seven Sisters": Tesla rose 3.80%, Meta Platforms increased by 2.74%, Apple was up 1.01%, Microsoft gained 0.90%, NVIDIA rose 0.56%, Google increased by 0.44%, and Amazon fell 0.80%.
