According to the information obtained by Zhithong Finance APP, Citibank has released a research report stating that it maintains a "Neutral" rating for Yuexiu Property Fund (00405.HK) and has lowered its core earnings forecast for 2026 to 2028 by 3.9% to 7.5%. Based on the dividend discount model, the target price has been reduced by 16% from HKD 0.8 to HKD 0.67.
