Rongsheng Petrochemical announced that on August 12, 2026, it received a decision from the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau regarding the corrective measures to be taken against Rongsheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Upon investigation, it was found that the current employee director Yu Fengdi does not have an employment relationship with the company, failing to meet the qualifications for the position, which resulted in there being no employee representative on the board of directors, in violation of relevant regulations. The company must submit a written rectification report to the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau within 30 days, and this matter does not affect the validity of the board's resolutions or the normal operation of the company.
