Tencent launches a special recruitment initiative for top AI product talent.

On August 13, Tencent announced the launch of a specialized recruitment program for top AI product talent called AI Product Manager Trainee. This program will provide comprehensive access to Tencents Hunyuan Large Model, WorkBuddy, and other AI-native products, as well as mature vertical scenarios in gaming, social media, finance, and cloud services, for graduates of the classes of 2026 and 2027 to choose from. According to the introduction, this recruitment is not limited by education background or major; it values candidates' real AI capabilities and prefers those with product architecture design skills.
