Wanhua Media (00426.HK): Zhang Yijia appointed as executive director

Due to his retirement, Mr. Zhang will not seek re-election at the company's annual general meeting scheduled for August 13, 2026. Mr. Zhang Qiu-chang will no longer serve as the companys Executive Director, Vice Chairman, member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee, or as the company's authorized representative under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective from August 13, 2026.
