Qizhong Technology: The General Manager proposed to repurchase shares at 75 million to 150 million yuan.
Qizhong Technology announced that on August 12, the company's General Manager Yang Zongming proposed to use self-owned and specialized loan funds to repurchase the company's A-shares through centralized bidding for employee incentives. If not fully utilized within three years, the funds will be canceled. The repurchase amount ranges from 75 million to 150 million yuan, with the purchase price not exceeding 150% of the average price over the last 30 trading days prior to the board meeting, and a duration of 12 months. On July 13, Yang Zongming received 330,000 restricted shares. Due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 449,966 shares from August 4 to November 3, accounting for no more than 0.04% of the total share amount. This repurchase is subject to approval and carries uncertainty.
