The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Emergency Management have issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Safety and Emergency Equipment Industry." By 2030, the scale, technology level, product quality, and application depth and breadth of the safety and emergency equipment industry will be significantly enhanced. The industry scale in key areas is expected to reach 1.4 trillion yuan. A number of critical core technologies will be, and a batch of internationally leading iconic products will be formed. A number of key application scenarios for safety and emergency equipment will be built, and a group of high-tech and highly effective safety and emergency equipment will be promoted to further improve the level of safety and emergency product deployment in households and communities. Ten competitive safety and emergency equipment industry clusters and 70 distinctive safety and emergency equipment industrial parks will be established. A number of leading enterprises with strong international competitiveness will be formed, and a batch of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative "little giant" enterprises and champions in specific manufacturing sectors will be cultivated.
