According to a report from the Nikkei Asian Review on August 9, Chinese-made air conditioners continue to sell well in Europe. The "portable" air conditioning unit launched by home appliance giant Midea Group, which requires no installation, has seen a shipment volume of 200,000 units in the first half of this year, double the expected total shipments for the entire year of 2025. Chinese manufacturers are leveraging this opportunity to accelerate their expansion into overseas markets.
