At the second consultation dialogue organized by the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration on the platform economy's initiative "Breaking Through for Good," it was learned that Meituan, Taobao Instant Purchase, and JD Delivery will be the first to implement the "red light stop meter" policy in Beijing. During the meeting, it was reported that these three delivery platforms will take the lead in rolling out the "red light stop meter" in Beijing, and that road tests and trial operations have already begun, with plans to launch in certain areas such as Chaoyang, Tongzhou, and the Economic Development Zone in the near future.
