Li Jiahui has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chang'an Bank, previously serving as the Deputy Director of the Financial Office of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee.

According to news from the "Shanxi Coal Group," a relevant person in charge of the group met with Li Jiahui, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chang'an Bank, and his delegation at the headquarters on August 12. It is understood that Li Jiahui was formerly the Deputy Director of the Finance Office of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and a member of the Financial Work Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. A public notice issued by the Shaanxi Provincial Organization Department at the end of July this year indicated that Li Jiahui is to be appointed as the head of a large state-owned enterprise in the province.
