Goldman Sachs (GS.US) plans to acquire ETF issuer Neos Investments for $2.3 billion to expand its presence in the actively managed ETF market.

According toAPP, Goldman Sachs (GS.US) will invest up to $2.25 billion to acquire Neos Investments, in order to expand its asset management business in the actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) sector.
