Zhuhai Cargo Shipping Co., Ltd. (601872.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary China Foreign Transportation Container Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Foreign Transport") has, since July 11, 2025, cumulatively increased its equity in Antong Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Antong Holdings") by 632 million shares through agreement transfer, block trading, and centralized bidding, accounting for 14.94% of its total share capital. This makes it the largest single shareholder of Antong Holdings, with the shareholders acting in concert controlled by China Merchants Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Merchants Group") collectively holding 24.84% of Antong Holdings' shares.
