Shuobei De announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets, raising a total of no more than 1.096 billion yuan. After deducting issuance costs, the net proceeds are intended to be used for server cooling modules, lightweight radio frequency components for smart glasses, low Earth orbit satellite communication antennas, and module projects, with investments of 375 million yuan, 231 million yuan, and 189 million yuan respectively. An additional 300 million yuan will be used to replenish working capital. The filing and environmental evaluation procedures for each project are still in progress. This issuance will help the company enhance its technical capabilities and production efficiency and improve its financial condition, but may dilute earnings per share in the short term.
