According to news from Synopsys, the company has announced the successful verification of the world's first HBM4 IP test chip. The eye diagram results obtained from the test chip indicate that the system operates reliably and stably at a speed of 9.2 Gbps. This speed corresponds to the highest data transfer rate supported by the HBM DRAM currently integrated into the test platform.
