Zhitong Finance APP reported that Asia Real Estate (00271) announced that the Group expects to record a net loss of approximately HK$110 million to HK$120 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to a net loss of approximately HK$63 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The main reason for the decline in the Group's financial performance is the significant decrease in the fair value of the Group's investment properties compared to the same period last year.
