According to the judgment of the People's Court of Linping District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, this equity change is considered a non-transaction transfer and does not trigger a tender offer, nor does it result in a change of the company's actual controller. After the transfer, Yao Chunyan holds 455,100 shares, and Li Hao holds 112,500 shares. The transfer of shares still requires relevant registration procedures.
