Hongbai New Materials announced that the company's actual controllers, Ji Jinshu, Lin Qingsong, and Yang Rongkun, recently signed the "Supplementary Agreement Two to the Consistent Action Agreement," which modifies the original agreement's validity period to one hundred and eight months from the date of the company's stock listing. As of the announcement date, the three individuals hold a total of 239,976,075 shares, directly and indirectly, accounting for 31.05% of the total equity. The renewal of this agreement does not result in a change of actual control of the company, is beneficial for maintaining control stability and decision-making consistency, and has no adverse impact on daily operations.
