Sunshine Nuohe announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Li Qian, signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Baojun Qiantang No. 6 Fund on July 15, 2026, proposing to transfer 5.6 million shares at a transfer price of 41.56 yuan per share, totaling 233 million yuan. A transfer registration confirmation was obtained on August 12, with the transfer date being August 11. After the transfer, Li Qian's shareholding will decrease to 22.59%, while Baojun Qiantang No. 6 Fund will hold 5%. The transferee promises not to reduce its holdings within 12 months, and this transfer does not affect the control rights.
