Zhimingda: Signed the agreement for the transfer of part of the equity of Mingkesi Microelectronics.

Zhimingda announced that the company recently signed an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with the Renhou Innovation Industry Investment Fund Center and Chengdu Mingsijingchuang Enterprise Management Center, to transfer its equity corresponding to the registered capital of 11 million yuan in Chengdu Mingsikosi Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. at a price of 5.5 yuan per 1 yuan of registered capital. The transferee will pay the transaction amount in two installments: the first being 27.5 million yuan and 2.75 million yuan, with the second installment being the same. The transferor will complete the business registration change within 20 working days after receiving the first payment. This transfer is still subject to payment and registration procedures, and there are uncertainties involved.
