According to the Zhithong Finance APP, HKEX Chief Executive Officer Charles Li stated during the "Achieving Opportunities: Choose Hong Kong" event in Kuala Lumpur that the total amount raised through IPOs in Hong Kong this year has surpassed the total for last year, and it is expected to set a new record. She pointed out that global capital is flowing back to Asia, and both Malaysia and Hong Kong can benefit from this. She called on Malaysian companies to consider listing in Hong Kong to reach mainland investors.
