(hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Zhihua") intends to use its own funds of 27.45 million yuan to subscribe for the capital contribution of Suzhou Qianrong Shengrun Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Qianrong Shengrun" or "the Fund", with the specific name to be determined by subsequent industrial and commercial registration) and become a limited partner in the partnership.
