JuCai Optoelectronics has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhouming Technology.

Recently, Juzan Optoelectronics and Zhouming Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will establish a long-term strategic partnership focusing on the stable supply of Mini direct display chips, technical collaboration, and quality co-construction. According to the agreement, Zhouming Technology commits to providing Juzan Optoelectronics with a guaranteed purchase amount of no less than 50 million yuan for the year 2026, with subsequent annual guaranteed amounts to be determined through negotiation by both parties at the end of the previous year. Juzan Optoelectronics has been deeply engaged in the LED chip field for many years, and currently the Mini direct display chips are at full production and sales capacity.
