Beiwei Storage announced that it intends to repurchase the company's shares using no less than 200 million yuan and no more than 250 million yuan of its own funds and/or self-raised funds, with the repurchase price not exceeding 468.24 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used to reduce the company's registered capital. This repurchase plan must be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review.
