Dongxing Medical signs contract with the team of Deng Zixin from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, expecting to achieve production of two strains by 2027.

According to Dongxing Medical, the company has signed a contract with Academician Deng Zixin's team from Shanghai Jiao Tong University to promote the industrialization of recombinant humanized collagen research and development. Relying on the technology and platform of Deng Zixin's team, Dongxing Medical has completed the research and development of recombinant humanized type III short-chain and recombinant humanized type III full-length single-strain strains, and established a 10-ton fermentation production line. The two strains are expected to be officially put into production in January 2027.
