According to the Zhito Finance APP, Dongguan Rural Commercial Bank (09889.HK) announced that Dongguan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. approved the proposal for the issuance of capital bonds at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 30, 2024. With the approval of the People's Bank of China and the Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration, the bank successfully issued its 2026 perpetual capital bonds in the national interbank bond market recently.
