The Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Software and Information Service Industry in Shanghai." It mentions the need to improve the platform system for the integration of digital and intelligent development. It calls for the coordinated advancement of the integrated construction of intelligent computing facilities, model tools, and intelligent application, formation of an industrial innovation alliance, and establishment of an inclusive public service system. The aim is to promote the deep integration of computing power, data, applications, and business scenarios, comprehensively supporting small, medium, and large enterprises in their intelligent transformation and upgrades. It seeks to build a new generation of industrial internet platform ecosystem characterized by ubiquitous connectivity and integrated digital intelligence, promote artificial intelligence to empower production control and process optimization, and deepen the application of typical scenarios. Additionally, it plans to create a public service platform for industrial corpora, establish an industrial basic corpus database and five categories of specialized industrial corpus resource libraries, and explore benefit-sharing and incentive mechanisms such as "embedded points."
