Wantai Biological: Nine-valent HPV vaccine receives market approval in Thailand.

Wantai Biological announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiamen Wantai Canghai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., has independently developed a nine-valent human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine that has been approved by the Thai Food and Drug Administration, becoming the first overseas marketing authorization for this product. This vaccine received a drug registration certificate from the National Medical Products Administration in 2025, making it the first nine-valent HPV vaccine in China and the second in the world, suitable for women aged 9 to 45, covering seven high-risk types of HPV: 16/18/31/33/45/52/58, and two low-risk types: HPV 6/11.
