Hesheng Silicon Industry announced that from August 5 to August 10, 2026, the controlling shareholder Hesheng Group reduced its holdings by 7,881,400 shares through block trading, accounting for 0.67% of the total share capital. After the reduction, the shareholding percentage of the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties decreased from 68.55% to 67.88%, which touches upon the 1% threshold for equity changes. This reduction is in line with previous plans and has not yet been fully implemented.
