According to informed sources, Anthropic PBC has reached an $9.1 billion deal with cloud computing company Riot Platforms. Riot has also recently begun selling artificial intelligence data center capacity. This deal highlights Anthropic's efforts to meet customer demand and ensure access to ample computing resources. Earlier on Monday, Riot disclosed that the company had signed a 20-year agreement with an enterprise to provide 191 megawatts of computing capacity from its facility in Rockdale, Texas. Informed sources indicate that the company in question is Anthropic.
