ST Weihai announced that the company, in collaboration with the consortium formed by Jiangxi Panxi Construction and others, has become the winning bidder for the "Leping City Agricultural Products Smart Warehousing and Logistics Facilities Construction Project." Recently, the company signed a construction contract for this project with the relevant parties, with a contract price of 882 million yuan and a construction period of 730 calendar days. The contract amount accounts for approximately 42.14% of the company's audited total revenue for 2025, which will have a positive impact on future performance, and does not affect the independence of the business, though there is a risk of force majeure in the execution.
