Ministry of Transport: Last week, the monitored ports completed a cargo throughput of 235.132 million tons, a decrease of 16.92% compared to the previous period.

The Ministry of Transport released the nationwide logistics operation data for the period from August 3 to August 9: National railway freight transportation reached 77.051 million tons, an increase of 0.59% month-on-month; nationwide highway truck traffic was 52.864 million vehicles, a decrease of 0.54% month-on-month; monitored ports handled a cargo throughput of 235.132 million tons, a decrease of 16.92% month-on-month, and completed a container throughput of 6.267 million TEUs, a decrease of 9.04% month-on-month; civil aviation ensured 138,000 flights, a decrease of 1.68% month-on-month.
