Aviation Industry Corporation of China: Received a dividend of 28.0533 million yuan from the joint-stock company.

On August 10, AVIC Tian Da announced that the company received part of the cash dividend amounting to 28.0533 million yuan from its associate company, Baogang Group Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Technology Industry Co., Ltd. According to the resolution of the associate company's shareholder meeting and the "Capital Increase, Expansion and Equity Transfer Agreement" signed by all parties, the company is entitled to receive a cash dividend of 29.0266 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the company has received part of the cash dividend for 2024 amounting to 28.0533 million yuan. The aforementioned dividend will help improve the companys cash flow and has no impact on the net profit of the consolidated financial statements.
