As of 10 a.m. this morning, the center of Typhoon "White Dolphin," the 13th typhoon of this year, was located approximately 215 kilometers east of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, over the southern waters of the East China Sea, with maximum wind speeds of 14 levels near the center. "White Dolphin" may become the easternmost and longest-traveling typhoon to land in our country since 1951.
