According to data from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on August 8, 141 new homes were registered online in Beijing, covering an area of 10,681.85 square meters. Among these, 78 were residential units, with an area of 8,962.4 square meters. Additionally, 126 second-hand homes were registered online, covering an area of 10,482.91 square meters, including 113 residential units with an area of 9,751.65 square meters.
