On August 7 local time, Google's parent company Alphabet announced plans to issue a total of $25 billion in senior unsecured bonds, including floating rate bonds and fixed rate bonds, with maturities ranging from 2028 to 2066. Among them, the longest maturity for the fixed rate bonds will expire in 2066, with a maximum coupon rate of 6.5%.
