This is primarily due to (i) a net fair value loss of approximately RMB 12.7 million on assets measured at fair value during this period (a non-cash item); and (ii) an increase in administrative expenses of approximately RMB 17.5 million, mainly due to the development of several new collectible-related businesses during this period.
