Zhiyin Finance APP news, Dragon Holdings (08493.HK) announced that on August 7, 2026, the company was informed by its legal counsel that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Capacity Limited (Capacity), was ordered to be liquidated by the High Court of Hong Kong pursuant to a winding-up order made on August 5, 2026 (the order). Ma Demein and Huang Guoqiang of KJ Enterprise Consulting Limited have been appointed as joint and several provisional liquidators of Capacity by the Official Receiver.
