Paine Technology announced that its shareholder, Paili Venture Capital Partnership, will reduce its holdings in the company by a total of 12,267,775 shares through centralized bidding and block trading from May 9, 2025, to August 6, 2026, lowering its shareholding percentage from 10.00% to 5.00%. This change in equity will also touch the 1% and 5% thresholds. This reduction is part of a disclosed plan, does not trigger a mandatory takeover bid, and will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder. After the reduction, this shareholder will no longer hold more than 5% of the shares and is currently still within the implementation period of the reduction plan.
