Zhichun Finance APP News, Xin Tian Green Energy (00956.HK) announced that in order to meet the company's funding needs, it plans to issue medium-term notes in the amount of RMB 3 billion to institutional investors in the national interbank bond market within China, with a term not exceeding 5 years. The company will take advantage of market conditions and actual funding needs to issue the medium-term notes once or in multiple tranches within the validity period of the registration. The final issuance rate will be determined based on the results of the centralized book-building process. The funds raised from the issuance of the medium-term notes will be used for project construction expenses, repayment of maturing debts of subsidiary companies, and replenishing working capital, among other purposes.
