Yuanhang Port (08502.HK) subsidiary signs equipment procurement and installation engineering contract.

Zhuhai Port (08502.HK) announced that on August 7, 2026 (after trading hours on the Stock Exchange), Chizhou Port Holdings (a subsidiary in which the company indirectly holds a 72% interest) entered into an equipment procurement and installation contract with a contractor from Zhongli Construction Group Co., Ltd. Under this contract, the contractor will be responsible for construction work costing approximately RMB 24.913 million. The equipment built will be used by Chizhou Port Holdings in its daily operations.
