Zhongjing Electronics announced that the company recently received the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the registration of stock issuance to specific targets by Huizhou Zhongjing Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. The application for stock issuance registration has been approved. This issuance must be strictly implemented in accordance with the submitted application documents and issuance plan to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The approval is valid for 12 months from the date of registration approval.
