Shengmei Shanghai announced that in the first half of 2026, the company's revenue reached 3.718 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.87%; net profit was 989 million yuan, up 42.14% year-on-year. The company's independently developed 12-inch single-wafer cleaning series equipment has been deployed in a Singapore semiconductor plant, securing orders for multiple types of equipment across various regions. R&D investment amounted to 663 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.73%, with 229 patents applied for and 46 newly granted. The company is advancing its H-share listing, with the funds raised from the initial public offering in 2021 fully utilized, and the continued promotion of the 2024 fixed increase investment projects. In addition, the company is implementing an incentive plan, revising governance systems, enhancing investor communication, and completing the profit distribution for the fiscal year 2025.
