Aobi Zhongguang announced that on August 7, the company completed the election of the third board of directors, which consists of 9 directors with a term of three years, chaired by Huang Yuanhao. On the same day, the company appointed Huang Yuanhao as General Manager, Xiao Zhenzhong as Chief Technology Officer, and Chen Bin as Chief Financial Officer, among others. Additionally, after the transition, the independent directors of the second board, Fu Yu, Yan Lei, and Xu Xuemiao, no longer serve as directors or hold related positions in the company.
