China Youth Travel Service announced that the company, through a proposal on June 30, 2026, intends to publicly transfer 51% of its equity in Shanshui Hotel and the corresponding creditor's rights it holds. On August 7, the company officially disclosed the information regarding the transfer through the Beijing Equity Exchange, with a base price for the transfer set at 120,609,070 yuan, approximately 121 million yuan, and the disclosure period for the information ending on September 4.
